In today's world where dollars are scarce and information is changing so rapidly there is a demand for instant training. Web Based Training (WBT) allows businesses to reach large employees at lower costs, covering multiple time zones and languages without the need of a pricy Instructor. The initial cost of creating the course when looked at on a per user basis can go from thousands of dollars to cents depending on the audience and the size of the company.
